nah. sure, people who eat walnuts are less likely to get Alzheimer's. it has more to do with eating generally clean, healthy, whole foods without added fat, sugar, or other shit that makes your food obesogenic. also, consistently eating to satiety and not overfeeding with that one meal a day crap. common sense is your body can handle 2000 cals over 3 meals easier than 2000 at once
