I'm not sure where you found that, but none of those foods contain any significant amount of Vitamin B12 - no plants do, which is why vegans are almost always deficient, unless they take supplements.
Bovril is what you want - contains loads of Vitamin B12, and tastes far better than any of that other junk.
Apples. Although the late great Paul Harvey used to say that potatoes are out most misunderstood friend.

My first choice is the banana and my second choice is the mushroom.
