I am a meat and potatoes guy. But I try to keep balanced. I think if you really want to stay healthy it starts with gut health
And even tho I still eat meat and chicken I've been eating in the avocado every day.
Or an artichoke. Or salad. Or tomato red onion, cucumber.
Avocado avocado mixed with a little mayonnaise
And I can never get enough fruit.
Peaches oranges, apples, apples, bananas.
And the best thing to stay away from is cooking oil.
All I use now is Olive oil or grape seed oil. And what a difference it makes.
I'd say vegetables because there are some like potatoes, squash, peas, corn, onions, garlic, and some beans that I like a LOT and couldn't live without. There are quite a few other veggies that I like, too.
But I do like to eat a certain amount of meat and it can be really tasty if prepared correctly. My body loves protein.
I love certain fruits, too.
Basically, I'm an omnivore.
You really should incorporate all of the 5 food groups into your diet. My sports massage therapy teacher said when he was training athletes back in the day, they’d complain they couldn’t make a bowel movement because all they were eating was meat. Throw some fruit in there.. maybe a slice of tomato with that ribeye and you’ll be good.
All I know is that when I have a deficiency in something, I can’t think clearly.

I prefer fruits just because they are fresh when you eat them. They bring something more than just meat or vegetables. Maybe because they have that juice not too sugary. I don't know, especially during Summer some fresh watermelon, or melon. Amazing ahah !

The only one there that I eat on it’s own sometimes is fruit , today that was strawberries and watermelon ( different times ) but I like them all with veg being my least fav if I had to pick but they can complement meat SO well as well as some fruits ( tomatoes , cranberries, raspberries, apricots etc )
Fruit is my #1, then veggies. Meat I couldn't care less about.
Mostly i eat meat first because it keeps me full longer.
Man, all three. The fruit last but the other two go together. I guess I could do without the meat easier but not by much.

I like meat. But if you are thinking dirty then that is your problem.
As a vegetarian, I prefer vegetables, but I like fruits too.
I also eat grains/cereals, nuts, mushrooms, seaweeds etc.
I'm not a vegan, I eat dairy, eggs, and honey.
I don't really have a preference most of the time though I have been craving fruit more recently.
I’m not a fruits and vegetables person. I’m a meat and pasta eater! My diet is usually meat, pasta, bacon jerky, soda and vitamin water.
I like all of them silly. A well balanced diet is necessary

Yes. I'm on a see-food diet. I see food- I eat it. Except for seafood.
In a normal day i have all of the above. It's a balanced diet.

I don't do it to "look tough". I do it when I can because it stabilises my blood glucose levels without medication, lowers my blood pressure without medication, and provides all the essential vitamins and minerals plus protein and energy I need without buying artificial supplements.
When I'm doing that diet I drop excess weight rapidly and have more energy than when my food contains excess carbohydrate - not an essential food - and have zero bloating. My kidney function improves and I'm generally healthier. Multiple studies have proved that humans are more able to function as carnivores than vegetarians. My sister-in-law is vegetarian and has just been put on medication for high cholesterol while my levels are normal on a near carnivorous diet.
