How do you eat those lettuce wraps served in restaurants? ?

I wanted to try them and ordered them last week, and was served a plate with cooked chicken pieces, cut very small (almost like ground chicken, with carrots and spices) and 4 larger pieces of lettuce. I filled up the leaves with about 2 teaspoons of chicken and rolled them up like a taco. I'm sure I did this the wrong way. Now I saw some people have lettuce wrap ups by putting the leaves piled up on top of one another and rolling it up like a giant egg roll. Have you had these? How did you roll them? They were pretty good though.

I try to fold/roll them like a burrito, but sometimes the leaves don't cooperate and I end up using a knife and fork.

I rolled mine up like a taco. I think your have to push the ends in as you roll, but I was given a hard part of the core along with the lettuce, so it wasn't folding.
