What candys do you buy for when I lived where they were out tricker treating I would get butterfingers mini bars , Reses peanut butter cups?

I remember the first time we handed out candy for trick or treaters when we moved here, we bought full sized candy bars and we barely had any visitors which we found weird. We had so much candy left over that the following year (and this year) we bought the bag of small candy that contained mostly chocolate like mounds bars, kitkats and butterfingers.

One year a long time ago, I went to Sea world and used my expertise in whack a mole to win lots of stuffed animals which I handed out for Halloween to the younger kids lol. We still handed out candy but the smaller kids also got a stuffed animal to go with it.

We have not given out candy in years because every time we bough the candy, less than 8 people would visit our home looking for treats. And I remember meeting a drug dealer when I was at McDonalds years ago, so now I do not talk to young people under the age of 30, unless they are family members or family friends or church friends or people who are on friendly social terms with our inner social circle.
