What's the best 6 nations burger?

There's three major sporting events taking place at the minute. The superbowl, which no one outside of the USA gives a toss about. The six nations, which no one outside Europe gives a rats ass about. And the winter Olympics, which nobody gives a monkeys about.

But what we do all care about is food, and we all like burgers. You won't be surprised to learn many pubs are doing a range of burgers related to the six nations.

I've picked one selection, purely because it was the easiest to see the full range and easiest to download pictures.

So which 6 nations burger are you going for?

Italy doesn’t count. That’s not a burger.
Maybe Italy doesn’t have the over a million words in their language that English enjoys. So maybe i should practice some forgiveness. However, it is exhausting how many English speaking people just reuse words wildly out of context because they’re too dumb or too lazy to learn a better word for whatever they’re trying to say.
The English burger is pretty typical of what i might normally get. So i think i’ll go with that Irish burger for a change of pace. Especially if the Guinness sauce includes a bit of Worcestershire. I had a Stilton steak with a sauce like that once, and i almost creamed my jeans it was so good! Ell oh ell!

The Scottish sounds horrible because I hate black pudding.

I wouldn't pick the Italian one. Marinara sauce on a chicken burger doesn't sound appetizing at all. I would love to have a meatball sandwich instead.

The Welsh one sounds really good because I love lamb and wonder how pickled leeks and chilies would taste.

How about an American burger with an 8 oz beef patty, bacon, deep fried onion tanglers and BBQ sauce?

I make them by hand out of ground sirloin. 8oz is a joke. I make them a lot bigger. I cook them on a grill and flip them only once. Bacon is a necessity. Cheese and pickles are optional. I get oversized bulkie rolls from a local bakery. Toast and butter the bun.

The idea of eating lamb disgusts me because I'm visualizing the lamb. I can't stand the taste of Guinness. I don't know about haggis but black pudding threw me off.

England looks okay, but cheddar tastes like not a cheese.

I'm not satisfied, so I'll make my own burger: Beef, egg, tomato, blue cheese sauce, caramelized onion, curly endive. Basta.

They're all delicious, yes, but when I make hamburgers at home, I get my ground meat from a place I know, freshly ground, and after I get the ingredients, I prepare them at home using my own method.

That's funny; I've never heard of that. Here in North America, Six Nations refers to the Native tribes of the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, Seneca, and Tuscarora.
