I just chug down a loads of water, sometimes more than 2 litres when I feel very hungry and wait for next meal of the day because I don't like to have meals in irregular times. And if it is really really bad then I have around a fistful of rice with any curry because as an Indian, white rice and curry is always at home, or drink a glass of milk.
I’d go for something filling and simple , like a hearty sandwich, pasta, or a big salad with protein.
When you’re really hungry, comfort and satisfaction matter more than fancy food.

When I’m very hungry, I usually go for a big bowl of pasta with tomato sauce and veggies 🍝
It’s fast, comforting and fills me up without feeling too heavy.
Sometimes I make onigiri with tuna or salmon, a habit I picked up in Tokyo convenience stores.
Both are practical, tasty and feel like a small reward after a long, hungry day 😋

Basically what you show right there. I love caesar chicken salad. It is my fave and our school has a place that makes the fresh daily. It is my go-to quick meal.
My quick meal project under the title "For One Person" as soon as I got home from work :D Maybe we have the same tastes.
I agree. Since I also exercise, I focus on protein-rich foods and always eat light meals. The best approach is to eat plenty of salads and greens.
Yep, I prefer lean protein, but occasionally I will put steak on a salad for something different.
Hard to beat the one food district on campus. They have one shop that makes those types of salads fresh every morning and packages them. It takes me two minutes to walk in, pick one up and go. Love it.
Excellent! I think it was the right decision. I've been avoiding sugar and pastries for a year now, and my body is very balanced.
Similarly, I eat pastries once a month if I feel like it.
When I'm starving , I'll eat the most convenient thing I can get my hands on.
Sometimes it's fruit because it's quick to grab. Other times it's junk , because I just want to be quicky satisfied
My go to is usually a pasta dish... fills me up and give me lots of great energy.
