I usually have a "Red Bull" (*) although it's not Red Bull...
I usually don't drink coffee at home although my wife makes coffee for herself. Instead, I have sugar free Red Thunder, the ALDI equivalent of a sugar free Red Bull.

Red Bull is NOT cheap; a 250 ml (about 8.45 fl oz) can is about $2.59. However, these Red Thunders are a 4-pack of 12 oz (about 355 ml) cans costs only about $3.59 at my local ALDI stores. I usually buy a case which is 6 4-packs. And, frankly, I like the Red Thunder slightly better.
I won't bore you with the computation, but here is the unit price ($/liter):
Red Bull: 10.36 $/liter
Red Thunder: 2.53 $/liter
SAVINGS: 7.83 $/liter
UNIT PRICE COMPARISON: 1(0.36 $/liter for Red Bull) / (2.53 $/liter for Red Thunder) = 4.096469298
So, the unit price of the Red Bull is over 4 times the unit price of the Red Thunder and, thus, buying Red Thunder instead of Red Bull is an incredible savings. Furthermore, the Red Thunder is every bit as good in flavor and caffeine and nutrients as the Red Bull.
So, this is my go-to morning beverage and I often will drink a second one as a pick-me-up in the afternoon while I am working.
(*) My wife and I still refer to the Red Thunder as a "Red Bull" when we are discussing it such as making a shopping list or that I mentioned that I had one late in the day, etc.
Try not to consume a lot of it, energy drinks are not good but that’s a good price

water! because it's essential, healthy and good and can cure illnesses! kidney stones? Mumps... :) And it's safe to sip like in a video I watched just yesterday on You Tube with Papa at home about the wrong ways you drink water and the right... And I can complete the times of rounds of peeing especially only water every single straight days! <3

Sipping water. is the right way to drink, it not hurrying.

Coffee. The first thing I do before anything else is start brewing.

I go straight for a big glass of room‑temperature water with a squeeze of lemon 🍋
It wakes up my body gently, like a quiet prelude before the day’s flavors begin.
Only after that comes my real love: a small, strong espresso, Italian-style, no sugar ☕
It reminds me of early mornings in Rome, standing at a bar, sipping quickly before the city fully wakes up.

Always water when I wake up. Then, I usually have some juice before I leave.
The thing with me is that water will make me nauseous if I drink it first thing in the morning for some reason

@midnightmoon05 My wife is lactose intolerant so we drink the lactoes free skim milk. It took some gettign used to buy it is not too bad.

It’s a healthy one for sure… the thing with me I am not a tea fan, have you tried it as boba tea?
I love bubble tea. But I get one that you probably wouldn't like. I get a passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly rather than tapioca and never add ice
