Should pineapples and anchovies pizza go together?

All according to whether you like pineapple and anchovies on pizza. One might bring out the flavor of the other, but I think they're too far apart on the scale of sweet to salty for thiem to blend well.

This question is one of the most frequently asked here, I don't like anchovies but they are a century old topping. When I was younger i would have scoffed at pineapple.
