Rishi! I couldn’t stand matcha until I had this brand. But you really have to froth it right with the traditional whisk. An electronic one just doesn’t aerate it the same way.

@Still-alive I like pistachios and kunafa. Me and my cousins actually made something like that back in Eid of 2019, however, we mixed dark chocolate with dates instead of using milk chocolates so the elders could have it as well. It was great.

Matcha in Mandarin is Mǒchá. You may be getting the Matcha from Chinese producers vs Japanese makers. It won't matter unless you want a specific country's tea.
