Do you like matcha?

Question

Bought a bag of powdered matcha recently and whisked some in with hot water and milk on the stove top, added whipped cream on top. Holy fuck did not expect it to be so yummy. I was expecting something bitter like a bag of green tea but no.
I think my life has changed. This might be my new coffee alternative.

Yes, it's my version of coffee for me! I love brewing it in the morning with breakfast. I make mine by boiling half lactose free whole milk and vanilla soy milk. Then place it in my cup and add 2 to 3 spoons of coconut sugar and whisk with my baby spatula. So frigging good and I make cold matcha by just putting in a protein shake bottle and shaking the hell out of it.

It really depends… I mean I’m not really a sweet fan but matcha is one of those things that is only nice when mixed with something sweetish I think such as those Japanese matcha cakes or where I work matcha lattes with coconut milk, otherwise those other matcha stuff such as jurists tend to taste weird and be an overkill. Also it’s so popular everywhere now. When done we’ll it’s nice basically

It's very popular here in Japan. I am not a huge fan of sweets but matcha ice cream might be my favorite along with matcha-flavored dango. For tea, I prefer Sencha, but Matcha is nice too.

I love matcha lattes. 😋 I drink it nearly everyday with milk. It's basically grounded green tea/ powdered green tea. Makes for some cool latte art because of the color contrast. I will say it's an acquired taste..& would not recommend to drink it too strong the first taste nor with a water base. The best way to describe its flavor is earthy.. almost like drinking the soil from a the earth's core & soaking in all its minerals. It's not the best tasting thing ik but for me nothing beats a iced matcha latte with oat milk on a hot summers afternoon

It tastes amazing when you mix it with soy milk but it tastes pretty bad if you drink a high quantity of it on your own, I used to drink it after a half day of gluttony because it made me lose weight faster than any drug but I recently found an easier way to lose weight.
