I think having to cook every single day just to stay alive is very stressful. How do you deal with that feeling, or do you not feel that way at all?

I do like to cook, but yes, sometimes I get tired of it, too. Sometimes it's just trying to think of something to make that we haven’t had a million times. It's stressful! 🤣
Yes, dinners with leftovers are great!
Bread and cheese and tomatoes sound like a perfect dinner to me - but my husband wouldn't agree. 🤣 So, when I'm feeling lazy, I'll make breakfast foods for dinner.
Yes that's why I'm not doing it.
Who does?
Can get tedious. But home cooked is always healthier. No flat afterwards like junk.

I get that feeling sometimes too, even though I love food ❤️
On those days, I keep things very simple. I cook big batches of something comforting, like tomato pasta or Japanese curry, and live off leftovers for a couple of days. 🥘
Other times, I turn it into “play” instead of “duty”, like toasting good bread, adding cheese, olive oil, tomatoes and calling it dinner. Not every meal needs to be special to be satisfying.
