What exactly is “chicken of the sea” and how can chicken live in the ocean?

What kind of chickens live in the ocean? Do they wear wet suits? They must or they freeze their asses off? How do you pluck a half frozen chicken? Where do they lay their eggs? How can I buy their eggs" What kind of nest do they have in the ocean?

I thought @purplepoppy might know about this? Or maybe @MikeTheBartender, or @AviatorTom, or maybe Nikki1989? Surely @Ironman should know?

This is really a puzzler for me guys, as I have never eaten a chicken that swam in the ocean?

As others say it's a brand reference to tuna but I think it may be more historical. People in the past ate huge amounts of fish in the same way we eat a lot of chicken. It was cheap and easily available. Monks kept carp ponds, and in coastal areas flounder and turbot could easily be speared in the shallow. I've talked to old people who say they caught hundreds by hand as kids. There's a viking fishtrap near me still visible but one time they'd be a common sight everywhere.

I don't think anyone in the past compared fish to chicken it's more that modern historians make the connection

Chicken of the Sea is actually a brand name. For mostly canned fish from what I have seen & heard over the years.
