That sounds pretty good. Over my lifetime, I've frequently mixed "odd" things together for breakfast, usually because of the limited things I had in the kitchen.
How about leftover spaghetti and meatballs with scrambled eggs, and a bagel?

In Austria and parts of northern Italy, I tried “egg noodles” fried with scrambled eggs, speck (like ham), and cheese. It felt like a mash-up of pasta carbonara and a breakfast skillet. The noodles soak up the egg, the ham gets a nice crisp, and the cheddar would give it a cozy, melty finish.

No, but I recently tried chicken and waffles at Cheesecake Factory. The waffles were incredible and the chicken was delicious. I ate each thing separately and I’m still confused about why they are put together.
