must take your health and wellness into consideration, given the fact that only that food must nourish your body for a lifetime. i know it’s quite a cliche question but I’m genuinely curious. i just found out I’m anemic and it’s been about 5 days of eating red meat and i don’t know how much i can sustain this

My wife and I had this conversation just the other night.
Fish. I have anemia too, and 1 iron tablet a day solves that.
Steak
As to why, I know that steak should be survivable on just steak. Its something I haven't gotten enough off yet despite eating it once a week. And while I do think it will get really boring I don't expect the taste to get offensive.
While if I pick another dish I really like that is for example a sweet dish I expect it to get really disgusting after a while.
