What else should I bring to my annual BBQ besides beef steaks?

I am bringing 3-4 t bone steaks. I am considering buying bacon, mushrooms and onions and beef or pork sausages, too.

Around here, it is nearly a crime if you don't have ribs at a BBQ. That's just where I live though. Not sure how popular that is elsewhere.

They take a long time to cook if you do it right. Most people around here have a smoker. You can do them on a grill by stacking them and rotating each slab every 40 minutes. Still, takes a long time to do them right.
