I do like Warren Buffett, but he's got an extra T, so he doesn't count.
I might say Jimmy Buffett but I was never a "parrothead". Besides, he's dead now and also had the extra T.
So, I will go with the Sunday brunch buffet at The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga NY.

The buffet at The Beekman Arms in Rhinebeck NY is also rather good.
(George Washington DID sleep there!)
Breakfast buffets.
Yes, lunch or dinner buffets are great, but I would rather have the one meal I really want. For breakfast, I love to mix and match everything, different kinds of eggs, bread and bread rolls, some fried vegetables, coffee variations, etc.
@msmissydc I agree. When I stay at a hotel, the breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. I usually start with a bowl of fruit, then eggs and sausage with toast or a croissant. Orange juice and coffee of course. Great when breakfast is included, but even when it's not, it's usually a good deal.
I don’t know where you live or if you get good buffets in your area that are traditional high-quality food. But they’re garbage here in Miami. It’s mostly Chinese food that they freeze and save for days and they bring it back out again its complete garbage
Buffet at an Indian restaurant is best.
On a cruise, I often eat at the buffet, which has a huge collection of all kinds of food.
That sounds good. I like Sweet dishes too. Honey garlic chicken.. I also like Kung pow chicken, orange chicken and orange beef. They used to be very popular in Miami very successful when COVID-19 hit they all started shutting down going to take out before they left. now there’s not much left just like a big franchise Chinese restaurant. Called P. F. Chang’s maybe you’re familiar with it.
Not a fan of buffets, the quality is usually average at best.
For me it would be either Japanese or Hawaiian food
I don't like buffets. The food sits out there for far too long, gets lukewarm or cold, and it's usually not very good to start with.
Chinese and Asian

I always gravitate toward hotel breakfast buffets and Japanese buffets 😊
Breakfast buffets remind me of traveling through Italy, piling my plate with fresh bread, cheeses, eggs, fruit, and strong coffee, creating a new combination every morning.
Japanese buffets excite me with sushi, tempura, ramen, and small seasonal dishes, letting me taste many delicate flavors in one meal without feeling too heavy. 🍣🍜
