"all you can eat buffets" are not all that common here in the UK, but the one I really remember is when I worked with a Conservation Group and on a weekend job in the Lake District, we decided to go to a local hotel for dinner, which had an all you can eat buffet", there were 13 of us and I can guarantee that the local hotel ate a loss on that buffet that night as 60% of the group were Vegetarians/Vegans who wiped out the Vegetarian/Vegan options and the rest of us hit everything at least twice!

Indian Lunch Buffets are all-you-can-eat. My wife and I enjoy them. Good Indian cuisine at reasonable prices, and the ability to try different dishes.

We have a family type restaurant where I live that has an all you can eat breakfast buffet every Sunday. It's made to order and delicious! I don't eat a whole lot but my boyfriend and my mom and dad (when they go) definitely get their money's worth.

Its more a USA thing , but Thailand follows USA , so we have , but I find I can rarely get the value , I'm no Homer Simpson , plus they have Seafood ones which the Thais adore , I can never get value from that , no way with Seafood , but I like them however my personal rules on eating are firm and I NEVER ever overeat.

My favorite is high protein choices , and I will limit any processed carbs ( well none basically - processed ) .

my parents used to take us to one that was close to where we lived. Loved that place, I used to pig out on just about everything, not to mention the desserts, yum
