Girl says can't wait to go and see you but says maybe when I ask her out?

i texted my crush if she wanted to go out with me this Saturday since we've been talking about going out before an that time girl said i can't wait to go and to see me again, now i know im probably over thinking here but when i asked her out she told me maybe cause she doesn't know if she's working, she just recently started working at a theme park a week ago so there is chance she doesn't know she has to work yet what do y'all think.

If she told you she doesn't know due to work then it's a perfectly valid reason. I doubt it means anything else other than what she says. Her working at a theme park means she needs to take shifts I'd imagine and that can be tricky especially at the start when she's new there. Don't worry about it :)

Her excuse sounds reasonable. If it turns out she's working that day, try to reschedule.

If she actually wants to see you, she'll know when she's working and when she's not, and she'll suggest a time to get together.

I'd say give it a day or two and then contact her. We still live in a society that expects men to make all the moves and comes close to condemning women for doing so, which is why we still have young women on this site asking whether or not it's okay for them to ask a guy out.

What? No man, calling a girl every couple of days doesn't make you sound needy or clingy. You don't even have to ask her about it. Calling her first will give her the opportunity to tell you about her schedule if she knows. If you're going to pursue a chick, you need to initiate contact. Make it brief, have a reason for calling (even if it's that you were thinking about her and wanted to say hey) and end the conversation before she does. You're just getting ready to go into a movie with friends or something. As a bonus, it'll make you seem more interesting.

Just don't do it twelve times a day like some psycho. You've got a life and you're living it, but you've got time for her if she wants to be a part of it, that's all.

We all over-analyze man, it really puts a dampner on things, but just wait. I wouldn't even text her or call her, I'd wait to see if she gets back in contact.
