Girls - I need advice when a girl blushes around me what is that a sign of?

Whenever I see this girl she is always around me and whenever i touch her she blushes and goes red, she is talking to me a lot and always giggles at what i say. I don't know if this is her with everyone but the blushing is what I am interested in

she is a girl that has been home schooled all her life and is innocent, I find, would that change the blushing it should not, that is still a clear indication right

Seeing that this girl is 3 years younger than you and seems innocent says that she blushes because she is not used to that kind of attention but she enjoys it. She's probably doesn't have to much physical contact with guys and feels a bit embarrassed or shy.
