Why do girls tell each other EVERYTHING?

Gents like to keep themselves to themselves, but why do girls spread every single information they get hold of to their female friends?

Guys AND girls do it. The only thing is, you believe that females do it more frequently because of how women are portrayed. Believe me--guys do it JUST as much. Me, personally, if I need to vent, I am going to do it. I only have one or two friends that I'd be willing to to spill my bleeding heart to. Talking about your problems to other people is healthy. I don't engage in gossip, but I have seen men gossip like dogs about people before, and it can get ugly. Guys talk a lot of shit. I hate that there is this huge misconception about the sexes--that women do one thing more and we get condemned for it.

I tell my friends how I feel what stressing me and to just vent it out. But not things that are very personal about other people then no I dont tell them that. Wentell each other what we been up too catch up where we are in life but we dont know every single detail of everything. We need to privacy and se things need to stay private.

We girls have a lot of insecurities and when we need advice or a second opinion then, naturally, we turn to our friends. My friends always know how to make me feel better or what to say, and I think that's why I ask for their options on a lot of things.

I know a lot of dudes who do the same thing. The worry here is about their own insecurity, they'll share this stuff when they're not very interesting people. For example, a moment's awkward and they need to restore the fun by bringing something that seems interesting. Private things are very interesting.

Sometimes we just need to vent, release our stress, emotions and all that. I know that I don't tell EVERYTHING to my friends, some things I like to keep private & they have some secrets they don't want us all to tell. We mainly talk about everyday stuff not a lot of gossip and shyt talking to be honest.

I don't really tell my friends everything. Maybe when i was still in high school, but lol, learnt the lesson by hard and telling others everything is not the best way out.
And at times, most of the things I wanna say is only my opinion, and there's a differences between moral and opinion, opinion is best kept to one :)

Guys do it too. They brag about getting laid. Even if they're a gentleman.
Girl's tell their friends stuff for advice. Our friend's are like our good conscience most of the time.

Guys don't brag about getting laid nearly as much as girls think. As a matter of fact I'm not sure I've ever heard a guy brag about it. At most they may casually mention it, but probably not even that much. It's like the QA says, guys keep themselves to themselves. It's private and nobody elses business. If a guy brags about getting laid he's probably either a jerk or lying. If a guy went on a date, he might have gotten laid, he might not have. He'll probably never say, and we're extremely unlikely to ask. It's his business and his business alone.

I don't think many if not i've ever heard any guy brag about getting laid. the very concept of bragging that you got laid holds being laid on a high ground, someone bragging gives the impression that they dobn't get it much. guys hardly if ever brag about that type of stuff or talk about it

The point that I was trying to convey was that guys talk too. I'm not wrong. Some guys do and some guys don't. Some women do, some don't. People talk. It's As simple as that.

It's one thing to talk about yourself, it's another thing to talk about other people or interactions you have had with other people. That's what tends to bother other people. They tell you stuff about them and have a relationship with you, not with your circle of friends.
