What do guys think about fangirls?

I'm a fangirl myself and most of my friends are fangirls too, so I want to know people's opinions about them. Are we annoying? Do you find us weird? Would you ever want to be friends with a fangirl? Please tell me what you think about fangirls.

I never understood the logic behind them. In fact, I will ask a question about it because it's confusing. Depends on what you are the fangirl of by the way - appreciating something is one thing, but obsessing over random celebrities just because they are promoted by the media is pretty damn annoying and I'd avoid them if possible. The ones who squee and say "OMG I'M IN LOVE WITH JUSTIN BIEBER EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

It partly depends what you're obsessed with and partly on how interfering it is. I've met obnoxious fangirls and I never want to see them again because their behaviour is irritating, they are screamy loud and everything revolves around this one thing they like, it's unhealthy.

You can be passionate and love something with out going extreme. If they aren't like the crazy fan girl style then I have no problems with them.

I am polite and introverted, but I talk about Owl City regularly and relate him and his tweets to daily life and tellbpeople his stories. I lsten to him all the tine when I am not writing music and his songs take the pain and overthinking away so it calms me. I am extremely dedicated and feel a little hurt when someone doesn't like him but I dont say it to them, I just say okay lol. Is this crazy? I knowbit is on some level of weird and obsessive, but is this the hated and dreaded fangirl you tmean?

If you are able to meet someone and have a conversation without it always turning to your obsession then most people are able to deal with it. Also if you don't flood social media with fandom all the time, such behaviour should be limited to groups/pages and forums.

id only find u annoying if ur fangirling ALL the time...
if u know that its best to leave it aside while ur with ur friends then thats cool, unless theyre just as crazy as u r lol.
