Does it mean anything if a girl looks at you from the corner of her eye? I work with her and I've caught her glancing at me a few times she looks at me when I'm talking to someone else, I also noticed today at lunch she takes a sip of her drink and she's looking at me from the corner of her eye?

Yeah, it means she is watching you and likely has an interest in you. It is a way that they check us out and see how we interact with others in public. Perhaps, you approach her and carry a conversation and then ask her out. I am not one to wait around in this world.

Haha I would but I don't want to embarrass her. The reason I'm confused is she was 'told' by another colleague (in front of me) that 'she fancies me' to which she immediately denied and went on and on about how lovely I am but she doesn't fancy me. So I'm a bit puzzled.

I like her yeah. I don't really want to confront her and ask why she's looking at me, she's obviously subtly doing it for a reason, but I don't know why? What do you think she'd say? Another thing is she smiles a lot when we talk, like a big grin, usually when I smile

She's doing it flirtingly. I bet she is waiting for you to say something like hey I've caught you looking at me from the corner of your eyes. If she gets flustered she definitely likes you. She is embarrassed she actually got caught. At that point she might confess her true feeling for you. If your smile makes her smile... Its another reason to believe she likes. Nothing warms a girl up more than looking at the guy she likes being happy which obviously makes us happy as well.

She definitely wants something, however don't assume she likes you. While this is possible and even likely, she could just as easily want to hook you up with a friend of hers, or has just heard some gossip about you. Notice her behavior. Does she seem to continuously watch you? And watch where on your face she's looking. Most girls look a guy they like directly in the eye, while any other time, their gaze is just on your face in general.
