Girls what's wrong with average looking nerd? Do girls like bullies more?

Every girl I asked say they don't like the nerds. I mean, even if a nerd isn't ugly at all the girls never want to be with him. Don't they realize that the jocks are most likely gonna end up unsuccessful and with a criminal record. My theory has always been that the girls are attracted to the bully aspect of the jock. They like that the jock has the power to intimidate weaker guys so they view him as kind of an alpha male because he can exert control over other men. I always figured they find a bid tough hot guy beating and bullying a weaker smaller male strong and thus attractive. Is this true?

NO! I love nerds. They are the best. Don't change for anyone. That's wrong to assume that all jocks are going to be unsuccessful. Also, not all jocks are jerks/bullies. You shouldn't stereotype a specific group just because of the actions of a few. I also doubt that girls intentionally like bullies. Also, asking every girl you know isn't a big enough group to collect the kind of data you are looking for.

Because oftentimes nerds don't bother trying on a girl becaue op's statement is to a considerable degree correct. So nerds don't bother with the hartbreak of trying.
Hence why it's better to approach them.

I've tried. I'm a really outgoing person and have no problems talking to a guy I like. I guess they just aren't interested in me.

Please... lots of girls love nerdy guys. Perhaps try going for different girls... that could be the problem too you know. Going for the wrong type of girl is where guys usually miss the plot. The problem isn't the girl here. Everyone is entitled to like what they want. The problem is you not going for the right kind of girl who could appreciate you and your interests/hobbies.

I can argue with your statement that jocks are most likely to end up unsuccsesfull. They just focuson one thing which lets them get the best results. About girls liking bullies. Well all women want to feel safe and bullies CAN give that feel wheras nerds are more intulectual.

Really? You can't be athletic but also intelligent? I was a nerd, I was bullied, but I sure as hell don't think that they all went straight from the football team to drug dealing. I have known plenty of strong, sporty guys who also do demanding, specialized professions they are well paid for like being architects, designers and engineers.

I come from a family of athletic-nerds. My brother is a "jock". He is very gifted in math, successful in school and football, and no criminal record. Although a number of his teammates are not as bright as he is the one I met are not bullies. The world isn't black and white son.

Well the world isn't divided in to bullies and nerds (or good people and death eaters) we all have some geeky aspects and we're all jerks to people from time to time.
