Girl acting weird after gift?

I told my crush at work that I had a present for her after work. It was a mix CD and I created a sleeve out of paper and put a note inside of it. She txted me later on in the night and said she popped it in immediately and loved it. Then the next day at work she treats me like I don't exist and just plain strange. I don't get it. She was thankful for the CD and now she's all weird?

Give her a little bit of space and by this i dont mean too much space. She may be feeling overwhelmed as it couldve come as a shock to her that you had a crush on her? depending what you put in the note as well, and what kind of songs.. IF you told her how you feel towards her, then you need to give her space and time to think of a reply, however you have to tell yourself also that your willing to wait this much time say a week and if i get nothing in return follow up and ask what goes? or move on.

what -kin- of reply is he supposed to get? are you supposed to say something just bc someone gives you a cd?

i mean, she sad she loved it right? thats a 'response' no?

and what if there are love songs.. does that mean she gets more time or less?

It was a chillwave mix but some songs were love songs. I didn't intend for it be like that. I just put cool music together and made the tracks flow.

its called being decent mannered. IF she is not interested its not difficult to say, Hey Frank, i really appreciate the effort you went to and im flattered that you find me attractive. Im sorry though its just nothing something i can see myself in right now. i hope you understand. BOOM, learn a thing or two. thats how you be a lady.

Well if it's anything like me.. made mix tapes back in the day. Somehow the thinking was if you put certain songs on there she would listen start to like you and associate the songs with you and finally understand what you feel toward her. It didn't really work though, it was kind of like hey cool tape you made me, then that was it.
