When a girl says "have a great night", does that mean she likes me or attracted to me? rather than the standard "have a good night"?

You have to take into account all her other behaviour. One word doesn't change an emotion. Certainly you acn follow up, chat to her later, and you'll get a better feeling, but just because she used the word "great" means nothing by itself.
