Him: "Did you pick it up already?"
Her: "Yeah, I did."
Him: "Good girl."
It really depends on the guy and what the context is. In many scenarios, it actually makes me very angry, and I'm not an angry person. This is because I feel as though the guy is speaking down to me, as though I'm a pet. With my current guy, though, I wouldn't mind it because we are very in synch, and I understand that he wouldn't ever speak down to me like that. So, if he said it, I would probably be happy instead of angry.
Thank you! someone finally gets it.
That makes it sound like she had to and you're praising her for obeying. Thank her. She helped you and she didn't have to.
Sex is a whole other story.
It would depend on his tone. If it were condescending, it would irritate me. Otherwise, fine.
Based on the poll results so far half of all girls don't want to be good girls. Oh well, there go all the good women folks! Now we finally have the answer to the question "where are all the good men?".

As long as it's said jokingly it's fine. I also like to tease guys by saying "Good boy"
