It really depends on the guy and what the context is. In many scenarios, it actually makes me very angry, and I'm not an angry person. This is because I feel as though the guy is speaking down to me, as though I'm a pet. With my current guy, though, I wouldn't mind it because we are very in synch, and I understand that he wouldn't ever speak down to me like that. So, if he said it, I would probably be happy instead of angry.
That makes it sound like she had to and you're praising her for obeying. Thank her. She helped you and she didn't have to.
Sex is a whole other story.
It would depend on his tone. If it were condescending, it would irritate me. Otherwise, fine.
