I love a woman who smiles a lot, but more than that I think a woman is adorable/cute when she smiles almost bashfully; like she isn't aware that she's attractive. Personally I find a woman who is not elegant bust softly beautiful cute. A woman who has long, beautiful hair but doesn't spend hours styling it. Long, lush curls are glamorous and gorgeous, so not exactly "cute." I find dimples extremely adorable, and fluffy, mini dresses absolutely charming. Suki off of Gilmore Girls is cute. Salina Gomez is cute. Both have little button noses, dimples, etc.

For me, it means innocent or clumsy. I find those traits adorable in a person.
One of my good friends is really clumsy, always dropping things and tripping over nothing. Her reactions are pretty funny to look at whenever something happens. It adds charm to her character :)

Well your obviously asking because you been called cute instead of the hot and sexy label.

I call girls that I find pretty and attractive gorgeous and label them as cute! More of dating material and they possess natural beauty.

Hot and sexy would be applied to someone who i think is good looking but probably dresses a little more revealing or provocative and caked In make up! Who'll just for most guys will be a one night stand and not long term.

I think the same may apply to vice versa guys
Cute looking guys may be revered as naturally good looking as opposed to hot or sexy guy who has a decent face but a more desired body that makes him hotter?

It's hard to say. I suppose it's how you react that counts. If you see a girl who is hot then you could react by getting hard, dropping your jaw, switching to a cool (dorky) stance etc. When I see a cute girl I usually smile, or feel a mellow kind of happiness.

To me, a girl is cute when she's comfortable in her own skin. When I can imagine us sitting together out on some hill just watching the sky. When her smile is so amazing that I can't help but stare. Also, that she be a little shy, so that, getting to know who she really is all the more exciting. But most importantly, that I can look her in the eyes and know that she is not like the rest. I can't really explain it coherently. It's a combination of physical features, and personality traits that make you feel a certain way I guess. For me, big brown eyes are really cute. Or the way a girl laughs when she's embarrassed. One thing that drives me nuts, is when a girl has a long sleeve on, and she covers her face with the sleeve. Like I said, it's hard to explain. I guess my definition would be, things that make me want you in a non-sexual way.
