Most girls like to be called ' sexy', it's a compliment. It lets her know she's attractive. It's not pervy saying " sexy" or " Hot" . I wouldn't take offense at that at all, i'm sure most girls wouldn't either.. She will have put a sexy pic up to be admired, it will boost her ego and confidence. So don't be overly concerned.
