Girls, she avoids looking at me when in conversation to a group?

So a woman I know if she's talking too a group, (which consists of me and 2 other guys) when she's talking she will look mostly at one guy when talking and also the other guy, but won't look at me. If I'm standing in the middle she'll move her eyes too talk to both guys and avoid me.
she doesn't completly avoid eye contact, sometimes (when we're not in the group) she'll look at me when talking but her eyes will almost be wider open than usual.
avoiding eye contact is bad right?

I'm a really shy person so if the guy I like stands in a group talking I would also avoid eyecontact with him. But it doesn't mean that she is like that. I would basically avoid looking at him, just to get him thinking of why and maybe that would make him start a conversation with me next time. If we talk, just us two, I would stare the hell outta his eyes haha

mmmm it depends of the girl, if she's shy then she'll avoid eyes contact. But most girls will try to look you in your eyes !

Yeah is say she's a bit shy, but sometimes she will go very loud and be totally different with me
