Why would my GF want to cuddle with me while I'm sick?

I told her to leave me alone cause Im really sick but she showed up at my apartment anyways and saw me in a bad state. I have a cold and can't stop coughing and have a runny nose so she can get sick too. When I told i her its best she leaves and I don't spread it she shooshed me and said im staying and to go to to sleep then spoon cuddled me.
