Should I call a girl back if she hasn't returned my voice mail?

I left a voice mail to a girl I'm attracted to saying that I didn't see her at the gym like we had been the previous weeks and how she was doing.

How long should I wait to call back or if I even call back?

Should I just chance it that I will bump in to her again at the gym?

Also if I do see her again, should I bring up the voice mail? Probably not right?

I just like her a lot and don't wanna come off as pushy/needy.

Sounds like your getting the bums rush, Unless she travels for work it seems she's quit the gym or found a new time to go. Did you go out on a date or she just give you her number? My belief is if you like somebody you can spare a minute out of the day to give them a call or text. I don't know how long youve been waiting for the phone call but if its been a few days your out of luck. Besides if you do see her and ask her she'll just tell you she was busy. You could give it another go if you need to know for sure but if you don't hear from her than, she's not intrested.

the fact that she has not called you means that a) she does not want to call you, or b) she wants to call you but is playing hard to get or otherwise messing with your head.

either option does not describe the behavior of someone who's worth your time.

2). Yes, most likely you will bump into her again if this has happened for weeks. She is a female, I'm sure she has a life outside of the gym and "pestering" her about not showing up won't make matters any better.

3). THIS IS A BIG NO-NO. REPEAT, A BIG NO-NO.You WILL come off ass pushy/needy if you bring up the voicemail.

4). When you do see her again, just casually chat her up. Heck, even throw in "I missed you last week"

Yes, do not bring up the voice mail. As much as you're curious to what her reason of not calling back is, don't. In my honest opinion I would say to chance it that you'll bump into her at the gym, if you don't then call her later asking if she wants to go see a movie or something chill like that. Sorry if this isn't helpful. I do wish for the best for you.

if you ring her again too soon or ask why she didn't return the voicemail, it will probably seem a little keen, my advice is to wait until you bump into her next and just chat to her :)

If this girl gave you her number, why aren't you calling to ask her out? Calling to ask her why she hasn't been at the gym is just plain weird and makes you sound like you're monitoring her whereabouts.

Simple voice mail - Hey (her name). This is (Your name). I was calling to see when you're free to get together in the near future. Call me. Then you let her back to you and make a definite date.
