How to make myself stop growing taller?

I'm 14, nearly 15. Since the new year I've grown about 2-3 INCHES! And now I'm 5'7" and really insecure about my height. So, any tips on how to stop growing?

I don't think there is anything good you could do to prevent that. Bad nutrition, and lack of sleep aren't healthy, so I'm not going to suggest that. They say that coffee stunts growth, but there is a high chance that's be a myth.
Since, there aren't really any healthy ways to stop growing, embrace your height, then :). You're height is average right now, if you do get taller please don't be sad, just look at all those beautiful tall models :).

Lol, I'm 5'11. You aren't even that tall. No need to be insecure.

You can't stop it unless your doctor gives you some special pills, and you don't have enough good excuses to get those pills. You would have to be about 6'0 at your age.

Don't inhibit yourself, that's not healthy.
But hey, I'm a little over 5'7". I hated it for the longest time too, being a giant compared to everyone. But once you're. out of highschool it evens out.

Try starving yourself. Being malnourished can stunt your growth. You have to stick with it though.
