But anyways, a bit of background might help. So over a year ago, I began losing weight. (I was around 130 lbs, 12 and a half, same height). And yeah, this is exactly when my vision stopped getting worse, and I quit growing. I thought that maybe it was because of protein deficiency and although I don't get enough protein some days, for the most part I do get enough protein, so it may not be the case for me.
Anyways, I'm still 13 so I still think I have a shot at growth. My ideal height would probably be 5'5 or 5'6 (mainly because that's around the perfect height for me since I want a slender body). Any advice please? :)
