Okay so, I am about 160 lbs. I am 5'4'' tall and I am planning on losing about 60 lbs. But here is where the problem comes. I have absolutely no clue about how I should eat carbs, proteins, fibers, and all that stuff. Neither do I know anything about how I should exercise to lose weight and fast. So if you know anything about this, any food info, anything really. Please help. If you know a good site where I can get low fat-high protein recipes that would also be great. Or a site where they tell you how to exercise right and eat right. Thank you so much beforehand, any advice is very much appreciated :)

just exercise and eat healthily. it's the best way.
join weight watchers is's only like $18 a month online and they work. Also they teach you how to eat healthy while allowing a little wiggle room for extras:)
