Girls, Why did she stop texting me while I was on vacation?

My crush and went on vacation basically at the same time. She left a couple of days before I did. So while I was still at home, she would text me while she was out on vacation. She sent me pictures of things she was doing, she was asking me questions and was very engaged in the conversation.
Then I left on my vacation, and for the first day we continued to text. Then the next two days we barely talked. Then on the day she was going home we texted 3 times before she hasn't responded for 2 days.
How come she stopped replying to me when I am on vacation but was willing to text back while she was on vacation? I would think it was the other way around...
She never told me she didn't want to talk, nor did she show signs of not wanting to talk. What do you think is happening?

Maybe she didn't want to bother you while you was on vacation. She probably just wanted you to enjoy your vacation :)

Maybe she felt like she was being clingy when you guys were first texting so she wanted to tone it down

I was trying to keep the conversation going though? She still feels like she would be bothering me? Now I feel horrible for texting her while she was with family. Even though she was responding and was engaging... Why didn't she tell me not to talk to her?
