I was out drinking with friends, The girl behind the bar kept making eye contact with me across the bar and was a little shy around me were as she wasn't with other people in the bar, when I went to get drinks every time she makes eye contact and made shy small talk. Also this isn't america its the Uk so they don't expect tips for their work, they get paid well.
