*blushes* yeah, i love that, nothing beats that:):):) but I don't know, i guess with all the media that obsesses over the body and looks of women, plus the fact that more physical parts of women are sexualized (i. e. slender waist, breasts, butt, hips, face) i feel like i find women's bodies generally to be more physically appealing than men's. anyone feel the same?
lol it's always been seen that way in history even i think. that the woman's body is more 'appealing' in terms of features than a man's. i guess if ur attraction is purely physical then that's normal for straight women dont worry haha.

@Floyd790 well i think thats because in terms of historical beauty standards, women who were a bit heavier or flabbier were considered beautiful hoocher.com/.../Rubens_The_Three_Graces_1639.jpg (Charities, ancient Greek divines for beauty, grace and artistic inspiration) which is more different than our modern day standards of beauty. For men though, greek standards of attractiveness still involved being muscular and slim, which is similar to our male beauty standards of today.
Absolutely feel the same! i don't know if you're exactly straight though. Do you find women sexually attractive? there's a difference between just saying someone looks beautiful vs. literally getting hot for them. I am the latter with women, but I am not straight.

hmm... its like, i find that they are attractive sexually, but i am not sexually attracted to them, if that makes sense. like i recognize, "wow! she has a really hot body!" i can recognize that they have the components to be "sexy" but i dont get "excited", does that make sense?
yes, i understand, if you truly feel that way, then you are straight. But if you can find yourself actually feeling more, like a tingling feeling downstairs or wetness or whatever at the site of that "sexy" or "hot" body, then it's different. Have you watched solo women or lesbian porn? has that done anything for you?
i dont look at porn often but when i do, it usually is f/f because when it's m/f, its more rough and more about man dominence than the woman actually being pleased like in f/f. plus then i feel like i can relate to the woman more because it is centered on her enjoyment

Women put much more effort into their appearance than men do generally, and 99% of men don't wear makeup. Makeup can change a person's face pretty drastically.
Also women's clothes are designed to alter their figure. Men's clothes (other than suits) are just designed to fit their body.
Women treat their appearance as a work of art. It's completely natural to find women attractive as a woman. Men rarely do this, and when they do because of most cultures they're seen as gay, or too feminine. Women seem to like the "I don't put very much effort into my appearance" look when it comes to men.
A lot of women like facial hair, chest hair, shaggy hair on your head, and relatively loose fitting clothing, not to mention every guy you have in a picture on this post is one that doesn't exercise much. They're just naturally skinny, so they literally put no effort into their appearance, but it's what you like.
Most women admire other women, but are attracted to men.

I just think it was unnecessary to call me Susan, ergo, thinking of me as a woman, just because I shave my chest hair (and not just that, I also shave my armpits and my legs) because I look much better that way. I'm not self conscious and I bring it up cause you criticize me for it. If you didn't give a fuck you wouldn't try to diminish me for it. Just saying that I've never criticized you or your body, I just gave another perspective from the beginning, but you never tried to accept it.
I'm more into guys but girls are definitely better on the eyes. I think the average women is much more attractive than the average guy but then again we're more likely to use things like makeup to enhance our beauty.

yeah! thats what i mean, its like an average girl may not be that victoria secret model, but because the classification of women's beauty spans from model thin to curvy, the average woman can find some place in the mix. for men, its more specific (dad bod hasn't really caught on yet i suppose haha) and its like all placed at one end of the spectrum. it seems easier for an average women to be seen as attractive than an average man
i just think more women put more effort into their appearance and that effort is attractive. i love men and how they look but i rarely meet a hot guy so much so that it's not even a requirement for me to date - i go for personality and humor more than looks but i dream of the day i find one man who is hot, interesting and funny haha
Nah, I feel the same way. Unless I know the guy pretty well him shirtless isn't attractive to me, whereas I think most girls put a lot more effort into their appearance and are just generally more cute and attractive. :)
Yup, there's no sexual attraction there but there's definitely visual appreciation. I totally get it, one of my guy friends thinks I'm bi too, and it's like... I think kittens are cute too, but I don't want to have sex with them!

Hmm... I'm only attracted to women but I find men's bodies more interesting because I feel they have a bigger number of attractive parts. Whenever you ask people the most attractive part of the female body, the most common answers are the boobs and the butt. Ask the same question about the male body and you're gonna get so many different answers.
Anyway to answer your question, I think it's actually quite normal. Don't worry :)
Still not weird. I know a lot of women who feel like you do and they are straight. I just wondered if you were sure. I find the human body very beautiful, both male and female, in different ways of course. There is nothing wrong with it. It doesn't have to be sexual. It is just an appreciation of beauty, which is a lot better way to be than those women that are bitter and jealous over other women.

If you would not have sex with a woman you are still straight. You just appreciate the beauty of another woman. Once you go from, "Wow, that woman is really gorgeous." to "Wow, that woman is really gorgeous, I would love to kiss her, go down on her, feel her body against mine... etc." that is when you should start wondering... I am married to a man who I love very much, but I still find women to be far more sexually attractive. Men just don't have much to offer in that department.

Being straight means finding the opposite gender attractive. That's literally the definition.
because i dont want a romantic or sexual relationship with a woman nor do i get turned on by their appreance, but i find that their appearance is generally more physically appealing than men's
yeah, haha i know it sounds weird i guess lolol but yea. its not that i dont find them attractive, i find them very attractive. it just seems like the range of the different types of physical attractiveness for women is so broad that you can find attractiveness with just about anything (skinny= model, bigger= curvy) while for men its more, the closer you are to having great abs and muscles, te more attractive you are
Also, just to make it clear, how turned on I can get by a person's body is all about how attractive I find it. If I can't get turned on from it, I don't really find it that attractive. Are you the same way?
nah cause i find women's bodies attractive, but i dont get sexually attracted to them. also with guys, sometimes ill find a guys body attractive but not him himself because of his personality, but that doesn't mean i dont find his body attractive
