I think women were built to be attractive and so we percieve it that way.

You look at an attractive man and it comes down to how he displays status and power. there's no poor, low status hot males. there's ugly, high status, wealthy, males that sleep with lots of girls.

there's also what usually gives the impression of sexy is fat displacement. Women have lots of it smoothing over them nicely and proportionately. Theyre nicer to look at on average and guys seem to only make the cut when their fat/muscle ratio is both equal, high and not excessive.

I just dont think that muscles are innately sexy. They can be complimentary but I think it's the right amount of body fat that we are initially attracted to.
