Girls, does it mean anything if a girl asks for your opinion on her hair?

She has asked this more than once but the most recent time, I noticed she was sporting a new hairstyle and I asked her if that was her new hairstyle then she said I don't know and asked me which way I liked her hair better.

Not necessarily. I've asked (straight) guy friends if my hair looks alright. It doesn't really mean she's trying to impress you, it could be to impress someone else and she just wants a male opinion.

She probably is just asking for an opinion OR she wants you to pick which style you like so she can impress another boy or even you. Who knows?
