Girl on the bus kept fidgeting and playing with her hair while sitting next to me?

Alright so I was busing home today, and this cute girl got on the bus and sat next to me. I was sitting at the very back of the bus and there were plently of seats available, but she decided to sit next to me at the back.

Throughout the bus ride, she kept glancing at me quickly a few times, and kept playing with her hair and twirling it. She also on fidgeted her body a few times and moved back and forth in her seat as if she was nervous about something.

Should I have talked to her? Was she interested?
