Why is it women who are nearing 30's or over 30+ always seem to have problems with men their own age dating younger?

I've seen articles of women who are in their 30's or nearing 30's complaining about men not wanting to settle down and continue playing the field while dating younger. However, I've never seen complaints about this from younger women that often. Outside of them talking about how being hit on by older guys sometimes is creepy, younger women seem to be cool with dating older guys.

Can someone explain to me why older women have such an issue with men in their 30's still dating women in their 20's? And while where at it, why is it that older women seem to never give young men a serious chance at dating them?

Most older women/younger men relationships seem to be a fuckboy type of contract than something that is serious. As if it's just to stroke their ego and convincing themselves they are still hot and they got it.

Supply and demand

While there might be a supply of single women in their 30s, there's not much demand for them compared to women in their 20s.

They're essentially upset that they're being passed over for younger, better looking versions of themselves.

They refuse to date younger because it doesn't sit well with them. In their minds they're now taking on a more 'leader-like' role in the relationship. Like she's expected to wear the pants so to speak because she's older. A role that is anathema to many women.

So there you have. 30 something women want older guys who want 20 something girls and now these 30 something women are pissed that their demand is but a mere fraction of what it used to be.

They're realizing their best years are behind them even though they're going to live another 50 years or so and they become bitter about it. It is hypocritical that when younger they don't have a problem dating guys in their 30s and throughout life refuse to date younger guys and then get pissed about guys dating younger women. What do they expect guys to do? Girl refuse to date guys who are younger than them so that leaves men with literally no other choice than to date younger women...

You are severely limiting yourself to the highest extreme in the dating world if you only date someone your specific age. Remember a lot of women won't even date guys their own age they only date older.

I'm not saying limit yourself but you just stated men have no options. I'm pretty sure men who are in their 30's can choose to date younger, or women their own age. Not just younger like you said. You have more options that way.

You have it backwards. It isn't about them, it is about her.

Women are sexually competitive with each other. This is an evolutionary behavior, to mate with the best male. There are two sides to that: Attracting the male and repelling other women.

The woman who wears the $1,000 pair of shoes and $500 purse isn't doing so for the guy, it is a signal to other women, "Don't bother, my guy wants only me, and to prove it, he spent a lot of money on frivolous things for me."

Older women hate younger women because the guys prefer younger women. Since they can't be prettier than them, they try to verbally abuse them.

Some say the highest divorce rates are initiated by gals near or turning 30 ... because THEY are concerned this is their last chance to hook onto a good retirement package, nice lifestyle before they get too old and lose this chance forever (hooking a guy into marriage until death do us part).

Relying on marriage or a guy to end up with a nice retirement package is a really piss poor life strategy. This is why men who do this for themselves are powerful and can give it to any girl.

Since I was a teen, and all my friends were teens, we've thought this was gross. There were maybe 2 girls in my whole school who everybody laughed at and called gross or slutty who had old boyfriends. It's not an age thing, trust me.

Girls are attracted to older men which works out fine in their 20's because that's the time when they are most desired but when they hit their 30s they realize that the guys are interested in the 20 year olds so they are jealous because those are the women with all the options while they struggle.

Because women want to believe they can have it all, having casual sex with as many guys as they can in their 20s, and then find a nice stable guy in their 30s to settle down and have a family with. But it doesn't work that way. Never has and never will. When they discover that fact, they get bitter about it and blame men.
