Why do Tall Girls more often look down upon shorter guys?

I always see tall girls when they are passing by a short guy give them this look of disgust like their very existing is intolerable to them. I've seen this faaaarr too often for girls to use NAWLT claus to excuse this behavoir.

Why do tall girls act like this to guys shorter than them?

Even when a short guy tries to be pleasant and say good morning or smile at them it's like they wronged them in a way.

For example: 5'11 girl walking past a 5'8 guy and she gives a look of disgust if the short guy smiles at them.

Dude, you are completely imagining this. Literally, making it all up.

The reason WHY yr making it up, is that human faces look different from below than from above. Different in ways that affect subjective perception.

I mean, I'm about 6'8" in most of my heels (6'2" barefoot). I almost never encounter anyone taller than that. When I DO encounter men taller than me (esp in gym shoes), I literally have to re-orient myself to their faces, because every single expression looks different.

If you don't undersrtand this, just make some facial expressions, and use yr phone to take pictures of the same expressions from above and from below. You'll be surprised by how big the difference is.

And, I mean, it's not hard to imagine why yr brain would want to imagine that someone who's towering over you is "scowling" or "disapproving". I mean, on some level yr brain might even be reminded of a parent saying yr in trouble.

Do an image search for Hillary Clinton. Notice the pictures. Either straight on, or taken slightly from above. Because she's a woman.

Now same search for Bill Clinton. Either straight on, or from below.

If you can find a picture of Hillary from below, I can just about guarantee that it'll be accompanied by a... less-than-flattering editorial about her. Or a story about her e-mail leaks. Something bad.

For most people, the only woman they've ever much looked at from that angle is their mother -- and she's probably only gna hover right over them if she's mad! Small wonder yr brain thinks what it does, no?

everyone does that to shorter people. not necessarily out of spite though. I think more because we tend to see them as children still. the only real reason it bothers you (and probably other short men) so much is because many men like to look down on ALL women, regardless of their height, but your stature prevents you from being able to do so.

Sounds like you've just decided to blame the fact that some girls, including tall ones, have no interest in you and therefore it's THEIR fault. As if they're obligated to return your interest.

I think you might be a bit paranoid. I'm sure most women are too busy with their lives to put in the effort to give every short guy they see disparaging looks. Unless they have a complex.

If this is true, I'm looking with disguist at my deskmate every damn timr because I'm slightly taller. Which just isn't true.

That is just sad. I am not sure what is going on with other women. I am 5'7" (much taller in heels of course), and I have dated guys 5'4" and 5'6" before. I don't look down on people in general, but especially not for height.
