Girls, why did my girlfriend hover to pee?

I know girls do this in public bathrooms, but this was in my house. She came into the bathroom and said "I need to pee", to which I expected her to sit down and do the toilet but she hovered over it instead. Why would she do that instead of sit? Seemed a bit strange to me.

Maybe she feels uncomfortable about peeing anywhere other than her house.

The better question is why were you watching your girlfriend pee in the first place, though?
