I started a new gym , I am a power lifter since I was 10. Sometimes I join new gyms for a change in scenary. Going to the same gym can get annoying after a while. when I started squatting was about 200kg. A girl kept looking but then just stopped and faced me staring as I was squatting the weight. Then she kept looking.

Girls aren’t generally going to do that unless they are interested in you. Shy girls especially find it hard to make direct eye contact when in close vicinity but don’t mind staring when you’re on the other side of the gym or when you aren’t looking. It’s pretty straightforward but if you still have reservations just strike up a conversation and see what she says.
Why does she not look at me properly when up close. For example , I saw her again. In the gym she walked up near me put her stuff down looks at her phone then when I walk passed to grab a drink she looking at me at the corner of her eye whilst on her phone. Then she left the gym. But she doesn’t smile or anything
