Girls, Did she purposely ask for help and why she always look down If I look at her?

Me and a girl often train at the same gym , for a few years now. At first I just look the odd time because I’m normally focussed to get my workout done and go home.

but I started to think she was kinda cute and would check her out sometimes. And I noticed she and her friend would keep sneaking looks. But one time I was checking her out when she walked off and her friend caught me.

she kept sneaking glances and always looking where I’m looking. But I noticed she act kinda shy if I look at her. Once she passed me and I looked to say hi and smile and she got nervous and looked to the ground.

then 5 minutes after she walked up to me made me take my head phones off and asked me to help her carry some weights. But the. I noticed she could’ve grabbed other weights without bothering me.

then COVID ment all gyms shut, but I started to see her again and when ever she walks passed and or I look at her she always looks to the floor or looks shy and nervous why is this? And did she purpose try to talk to me when she asked for help?
also I checked her out again and her friend caught me

Her friend told her that you check her out so she knows you did that and she probably likes ir because she walks by on purpose. She probably likes you too

Yeah seems like her friend keeps catching me out and telling her. But the girl whenever she passes me she always look down or shy/nervous.

Like one time she walk passed I was going to smile and say hi but she looked shy and looked down when she passed me. 5 minutes later she interrupted my workout , made me take my head phone off. And asked for my help but then she could have got other weights without bothering me.

Also , if I look sometimes she just looks down or nervous/shy.

I like a guy and I always look down when I see him because I’m shy too. And sometimes we try to make you notice us but we are afraid it is to obvious so we look down

Yeah , why did she not just look when she passed. Because Before she asked for my help she walked passed and I looked to say hi and she just looked nervous and looked to the ground. Then after is when she came and asked for my help why didn’t she look when she passed?

Also , I seen her the other day and when I look at her she keeps doing the same thing , like looking nervous or shy and to the ground if I look at her?

Yeah , I can’t tell if she likes me though. When I look she just looks to the ground. Like months ago her friend caught me checking her out and told her then she walked passed a few days later but just looked away to the ground and I could say hi. Then after she came up and interrupted my workout and was within 2 meters under lock down measured, and asked for my help even though she could have avoided it and got other weights easier to get. Just seemed like a coincidence , seems like she done it on purpose but I’m not sure because she still can’t make eye contact
