Girls wearing tight dresses into grinding?

Tight dresses are best for grinding at dances. I see girls over the years who grind wearing these, but now I see some girls who are becoming more popular and talking to more guys planning on wearing tight dressing to the school dance. Do you think they are now deciding to grind? How did/does grinding play out at your school?
