Got rejected but she keeps staring?

I was already friends with this girl since a year ago. We flirted a lot while she intiates. People thought we were a couple and her friends also shipped our names. She sended me homework answers and she ask me also what hair fits the best.

A year later I ask her out. She told me to think about it and 4 days later I texted her if she knew it but she rejected me and when asking if she likes me she told me no.

But she keeps staring at me sometimes she also looks sad and her friends are also staring at me and sometimes they also say hello to me or smile at me.

Are they bullying me?

Ask her if she have any problem with you in a good way she may have rejected you but that doesn't mean she hates you , you are young but acting like a 15 years old girl right now I mean get over it sadly sometimes girls don't like u is like that but it shouldn't be a problem there are many out there and if u had a good relation with her before , being friends is not bad u should talk and clear this out u may be friends or not after that but u must talk grow up life is not full of flowers and roses u should face things always

dude... im not surprised you didn't figure out that you were gonna get rejected. at your age, when a girl says let me think about it...9 times out of 10 she's not thinking about anything. she is discussing the issue with friends and if her friends don't like you, its a done deal.
she probably liked you a bit but was convinced by friends to say no. probably would explain the staring.
Move on. either way, you chose the wrong girl to like.

It means that her guilt is killing her inside but not because she rejected because of the way she did it, she rejected you and that was a conscious decision, it's not about the decision to reject you it's about the way she did it to you, move on and don't waste anymore energy trying to read into why she looks/stares at you, you don't need her pity, move on.

Honestly, ignore her.
A) she doesn't deserve the attention
B) She rejected u, like u gave her a chance. There's nothing more u can do.
C) The best way to get a girl's attention or whatever you wanna do to her, is to ignore her. Ignoring a girl drives girls crazy cause we love attention.

That was sarcasm by the way. Truthfully, it sounds like she might regret rejecting you OR she finds it awkward to be friends with you now you know she doesn't share your feelings.

It's like she knows she can have you in no time but you don't get it 'cuz it's her job to lay on the table her feelings because she must feel like gold around you
and you should at most reciprocate how she feels about you if you believe you have to on your own terms

Move on and forget the matter. Any more action by you could be considered to be sexual harassment.

Maybe she was afraid when you first asked (for whatever reason she just instinctively said no) but now has had time to think it over and has regretted saying no? It's hard to say. I would just ignore it and maybe she'll come to you?
