This girl rejected me but still stares at me why?

I Approached her but she didn't seem interested in talking to me but she was giving me long eye contact and I caught her a few times staring at me in class before that. After I approached her she never approached me to initiate conversation with me I thought by breaking the ice she would initiate conversation with me at least engage in small talk the next time around but she never did i also sent her a message on fb but she never replied so I assumed she rejected me now I started ignoring her but she still staring at me what's her deal?

Doesn't matter what her deal was. It could be a thousand different things.

Maybe she rejected you just as a gut reaction because she was shy and nervous, but actually wants too date -- but you know what? Tough shit for her if that's the case.

You got rejected. You move on and pay her no heed. If she actually does want something with you, it's on her to make a move. If she doesn't, her loss. You start talking to other women.
