Why dont girls understand that? GUYS help out and add to the list?

1. most guys are not going to approach because its too common for guys to be rejected
2. girls have physical beauty which prevents rejection
3. girls decide on who she wants to date, have relationships with and sex with, guys can't do that
4. when a guy looks at a girl and gets caught looking and he quickly looks away it means he's shy and finds the girl attractive / beautiful
5. guys want sex just as much as love
6. you can't fix a player
7. most guys are decent and want a committed relationship
8. guys like virgins while others dont, were not all the same
9. we dont like girls who are insecure
10. we love your female bodies, and want to see and touch everything
11. we want you to initiate what you want from us
12 we want you to tell us and show us how you feel when you love us
13. we want you to approach and ask us out if your crushing on us
14. some guys are afraid to look at you, out of fear of being labeled as creepy
15. many guys know you dont want us.
16. were not going to make you want us
17. we dont like being friend zoned, if we are we end up moving on
18. were not for money or personal gain
19. just because we want sex doesn't mean we want kids
20. we have emotions, but we dont always like expressing them.
21. we dont like break ups
22. we dont always like giving a girl whos an ex a second chance.
23. we dont like excuses especially when were rejected
24. rejection damages a guy 
25. we dont like girls who play dumb and innocent
26. we dont like girls who are not in love with us or take too long to

First off, you literally stated in number 8, "We're not all the same." Some males may view all 28 points differently than you might and some girls may already know all of this because we're not all the same either. I fail to understand why you "can't" decide on who you want to date, have sex with etc. Males are fairly equal to females so you should have similar opportunities to us. Another point is that our physical beauty doesn't "protect" us from rejection. In fact it just makes females seem more like an object than anything.
Of course rejection is going to hurt you, it's going to hurt females as well, but we shouldn't be critiqued for excersizing our right to say no. It is evident that it can be frightening to ask someone out but you know that there is the possibility of rejection. Perhaps more females tend to overthink it and think the odds of rejection are too high and they back down from asking first.
You also are slightly controversial in 7 and 19. Children are typically seen as a sign of commitment, if the two of you were to split then there is a mess of child support and what not. So if most guys want a committed relationship but some are not willing to have children than it kind of is a differential argument.
Also I find the term "friendzoned" abhorrent. It is literally attacking a females right to say no. Of course you'll end up moving on and you may be disappointed that you were rejected but the girl wants you to move on otherwise she wouldn't of rejected you. But their is the possibility that the girl is in a relationship and may want to be in a relationship with you if the current one is going downhill.
But restating that we're not all the same. Here is something I'd like guys to know but may not go for all females:
I like guys who use proper grammar.

i really hope you're kidding here because i have never ever in my entire life heard of a single girl who have not been rejected before. every. single. person. no matter your gender, height, weight, or anything else, have felt rejected before.

and besides, not every single girl is megan- fox- sexy or chloe- mortez- pretty. in fact, very few are. and even the girls who have won the genetic lottery don't have this magical invincibility to getting rejected.

rejection also damages a girl, thankyouverymuch. just because we don't let you see it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

grow a pair and ask a girl out, instead of sitting here making lists of why you don't want to.

Is this a joke? Yes, let's stereotype every girl in the world as a rude, wimpy, and unforgiving control freak who is somehow never rejected because she is "pretty". Yeah right! None of that is true. Many women are polite brave and obviously the only reason you are listing off these reasons is because you happen to not be one of the decent guys that I know exist somewhere in this world. Oh and just so you are aware, girls and guys are equal so please stop making excuses. After all, you hate them, right? Nice list. Though I would add to the comment rejection one that many girls enjoy insulting the guys that they don't like approaching them. Often calling them mean names like creep publicly. The sad thing about this is that it does not end in high school a lot of adult women in college and in public do this to boost their ego.
Add to the list that some guys actually do want to say virgins till their wedding day.
